Our Approach to Diversity, Inclusion, and Gender Equality

At EPA, we view diversity and inclusion as fundamental pillars of strong governance, fair decision-making processes, and sustainable corporate development.

 

Our approach to gender equality is based on promoting equal opportunities in recruitment, career development, and leadership processes; strengthening an inclusive working environment where diverse perspectives are respected; and ensuring balanced representation in decision-making mechanisms.

 

While maintaining the existing balance achieved in leadership and white-collar positions, we aim to increase diversity across the organization and further strengthen the visibility of women in leadership roles.

 

Within this framework, our Gender Equality Plan (GEP), approved by senior management, serves as a transparent, monitored, and continuously improved roadmap.
